A predictive dialer is a system that automatically dials batches of telephone numbers and this is the secret behind the effectiveness of agents in call centers. Other markers include hard dialers, predictive dialers, smart dialers and hybrid hosted dialers. Each of these types has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. An organization takes everything into account before opting for a particular type.
