So you are done with your Admin Section, Let’s move forward to Agent Section.
- Now Open a New Tab in your browser
- Login with s3.leadsrain.com/webrtc (or the dedicated agent URL you received from your admin) and this time login in Agent Section.
- Log in with the 4 digit User ID that you have created in the Admin section with the same password that you have created while creating that user.
- Enter User ID => Password => Click “Login”
Once you click on Login you will see the following window:
- Campaign List => Select Campaign => Put the Slider on WebRTC => Click on “Continue”
- Once you click on Continue, It will ask you to allow your Microphone for a Web-based Dialer, please allow it.
- Allowing It will have audio notification “Welcome to LeadsRain, you are logged in” and on the screen, you will see “Your Phone is Registered” and “Your Session is Registered”
- Then Hit On “Resume” and you good to go, Start making Calls
