Namely, lightening experience and Salesforce classic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the former, you can create the following lightning actions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Action to <strong>drop Voicemail<\/strong> to a <strong>single lead<\/strong> or <strong>contact<\/strong> (via record detail page) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Action to <strong>drop Voicemail<\/strong> to <strong>multiple leads<\/strong> or <strong>contacts<\/strong> (via record list page)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Salesforce classic, you can use the provided custom button by placing it in any layout. With that, we also have a component that will display the history of your Voicemail drops with the particular record(s) it was sent to.
